Strong blend – drop 2 drops into diffuser, wait 10 minutes to determine aroma strength and add 1-2 drops if and as required. This blend is incredibly pleasant at low strength but can become overpowering if too strong.

To Make
Put the drops of each of your oils in a small bowl. Pick up the white cotton element of the inhaler with your tweezers and soak it in the drops of oil. Allow the cotton to soak up all the oil. Hold the cotton in the upside down inhaler tube, and drop the cotton into it. Put the “butt” on the bottom of the inhaler, and push in so it’s fully inserted and prevents the cotton part from coming out.

7 oz of Body butter, made as follows:
1 oz (28 g) beeswax
2 oz (60 ml) jojoba
2 oz (56 g) cocoa butter
2 oz (56 g) coconut oil
To Make
Mix the oils together using the drop by drop technique.
Fill the cooking pot about one-fourth of the way with water and bring it to a low, simmering boil. Place the Pyrex measuring cup in the pot so the water heats the outside of it and the handle is hanging over the edge of the pot. Leaving the handle outside of the pot will prevent it from getting so hot that it burns your hand. The water shouldn’t be boiling so strongly that it splatters into the Pyrex cup. Add the beeswax to your Pyrex first. It will take the longest to melt since it’s the hardest ingredient. Once your beeswax is melted, add the jojoba. Your melted waxes may resolidify a bit, but they’ll melt again quickly. You can stir your blend gently with your glass stirring rod or the handle of your spoon. Add the cocoa butter and melt. Add the coconut oil and melt.
While the body butter is melting over the stove blend the essential oils drop by drop in a small bowl. Then pour the essential oil blend into the melted body butter, and carefully pour the melted mixture into glass jars.
Directions
Use at the end of the day before bed. The blend is strong so start with a small amount on the first application.
