Cardamon 10 drops
Chamomile Roman 10 drops
Thyme 10 drops

Directions
- Add 3 to 5 drops of your chosen blend to a teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil
- Massage the blend on to the affected area
Neck Strain
Best essential oils: Lavender, Ginger, Marjoram, Chamomile German, Immortelle, Peppermint
Neck Strain Blend
Lavender 10 drops
Ginger 5 drops
Marjoram 5 drops
Camomile German 5 drops
Immortelle 5 drops
Peppermint 2 drops
Directions
- Over a period of time apply a hot or cold compress to the affected area
- Add 3 to 5 drops of the blend to a teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil
