Feel the healing energy!!
Tuck the elbows comfortably against the ribs
Extend the forearms out at a 45 degree angle.
Keep the palms facing upward.
Keep the fingers together, thumbs spread.
Keep the palms very flat.
Keep your eyes closed and focused at the brow point.
Inhale deeply
Chant Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung.
Move the mouth fully with each sound.
Chant out loud if possible, whisper to yourself if not.
Pull on the navel point as you chant Hung.
Visualise being strong and radiant
Chant for 3 to 31 minutes
End by inhaling deeply and holding your breath.
Lift your arms up and vigorously shake out your hands and fingers
