To Make
Pour the oil into the roll on bottle and add the essential oils. Add the roller ball top.
Directions
Use as a roll on to combat skin sensitivity. Start with one application, and leave for half an hour to determine the strength of effect. Then build up application if and as required.
Cardamom topical oil for arthritis

Trauma Oil for Joint and Muscle Pain
To massage away swelling and to address sharp or throbbing pain in muscles and joints (as opposed to a dull ache or pain).
Ingredients
60 ml of Trauma Oil (St. John’s Wort, Calendula and Arnica)
8 drops of Roman chamomile
Traditionally used to relieve pain
Anti-inflammatory
8 drops of German chamomile
Excellent for healing any injury to muscles, tendons or ligaments.
Analgesic, can provide pain relief because of its anti-inflammatory actions.

Make the blend in a 60 ml glass bottle. Pour the trauma oil into the bottle and add the essential oils.
Directions
Massage into painful, swollen joints and muscles. This blend is strong so start with a teaspoon of the oil, massage and leave for half an hour to determine the strength of effect. Then build up if and as required to a maximum of a tablespoon of the oil.
