Come on to hands and knees.
Keep your eyes closed, gently focus on the brow point.
Move into “cow” pose – arch your spine and inhale as you raise your head.
Move into “cat” pose – exhale as you curl your back and pull your navel in towards your spine.
For maximum anti aging effect, repeat building up speed and power while being mindful of your flexibility.
Do for 3 to 5 minutes.
End by inhaling and stretching the body up into cow.
Exhale and pull the navel in. Inhale to a neutral position and relax. Bring your buttocks to your heels, your forehead to the ground, and stretch out your arms on the floor in front of you, placing your hands together.”
