The Lazy Goddess’ Youth Elixir Part 2: Camel Ride
Ridiculously simple, an amazing youth maintainer and great for ditching insecurities.
Sit in a cross-legged position.
Grab your ankles or shins with both hands.
Keep your eyes closed, gently focus at the brow point.
Inhale and lean forward so that you are flexing the spine forward and open your chest.
Exhale flex the spine backward and, without collapsing your chest, stretch your lower spine.
Keep your head level, move just your spine and try not to swing your chin up and down as you flex.
Do for 1 to 3 minutes
Inhale and return to a neutral position.
Stretch your body and spine up.
Exhale and relax.
