You probably still have a workload to complete
Unless you are incredibly lucky, your work is likely to be coming home with you.
You probably have a standard office routine where you break up your work day with things like a regular coffee break or lunch.
However now you are suddenly trying to meet deadlines from home.
You are out of your normal routine and possibly have distractions you don’t have to deal with at work such as child minding or just generally sharing your space with people who are vying for your attention and have no interest whatsoever in your deadlines.
Or you are just finding it incredibly disconcerting or distracting to be working by yourself at your kitchen table and with all the fun distractions nothing is really getting done.
Creating your own at home work routine
You need to create your own at home work routine that works and allows you to finish whatever you need to get done.

You will however have some free time
Just by virtue of cutting out your daily commute and remaining at home you will have carved out some free time, possibly even hours if you are struggling with a long commute.
Depending on your personal circumstances and whether you have kids, this may mean an opportunity to sleep in a little and catch up on some much needed rest, particular helpful if you are stressed and burned out.

Obviously the key thing we all need to be focused on at the moment is staying healthy and boosting our immunity. Being rested and reducing stress plays a huge part in that.

Good Nourishing Home Cooked Meals
If you are at home anyway and have a bit more time then you are used to, you may as well put it to good use and prepare some good nourishing home cooked meals.
Perhaps now could be a good time to invest in a slow cooker to allow you to pre-prepare some slow cooked meals while you are working.

Eye strain and headaches
