To Make
Make the blend in a 30 ml glass bottle. Pour the trauma oil into the bottle and add the essential oils.

Spikenard, Ylang Ylang and Neroli Revitalising Body Butter
Ingredients
30 ml of Jojoba oil
8 drops of Spikenard
Calms the heart
Stabilizes the mind
Settles the emotions
3 drops of Ylang ylang
Relaxing, sensual
Encourages feelings of peace and pleasure
3 drops of Neroli
Relaxes the nerves
Calms and soothes the heart
Mix the oils together using the drop by drop technique.
Fill the cooking pot about one-fourth of the way with water and bring it to a low, simmering boil. Place the Pyrex measuring cup in the pot so the water heats the outside of it and the handle is hanging over the edge of the pot. Leaving the handle outside of the pot will prevent it from getting so hot that it burns your hand. The water shouldn’t be boiling so strongly that it splatters into the Pyrex cup. Add the beeswax to your Pyrex first. It will take the longest to melt since it’s the hardest ingredient. Once your beeswax is melted, add the jojoba. Stir with a glass stirring rod or the handle of a spoon. Add the cocoa butter and melt. Add the coconut oil and melt.
Pour the melted mixture into glass jars and add the essential oils.
Directions
Use as desired. The blend is strong so start with a small amount on the first application.
Jasmine, Petitgraine and Black Pepper Tension and Stress Ease Diffusion Blend

18 drops of Jasmine

To Make
Mix the oils together using the drop by drop method.
Directions
Drop 2 drops into diffuser, wait 10 minutes to determine aroma strength and add 1-2 drops if and as required.

Jasmine and Ylang Ylang Tension Release Bath Salts
To help you release tension and relax during a warm bath.
Ingredients
2 oz. Pink himalayan salts
10 ml of Jojoba oil
2 drops of Yuzu
3 drops of Roman chamomile
4 drops of Jasmine
1 drop of Ylang ylang
To Make
Use a 2 oz (60 ml) glass jar for this blend. Put the salt into the jar. Blend the jojoba and essential oils in a separate bowl before adding to the salt. Stir with a glass stirring rod or the handle of a stainless-steel spoon. Each recipe makes enough for one bath. If you love it, you can make more and store it in a glass jar. The jojoba provides a skin-nourishing carrier to distribute the essential oils. Pay attention to your skin’s responses when using essential oils in a bath. What’s comfortable for you may be different from what’s comfortable for other people. You may want more jojoba, less essential oil, or different essential oils from the ones in the recipes.
