Sore Feet and Muscles Blends
Rosemary & Peppermint Energising Foot Spritz
20 drops of Rosemary and Camphor
10 drops of Yuzu
10 drops of Gingergrass
20 drops of Peppermint
100 ml distilled water
To Use
Add all the ingredients in to a spray bottle – shake and you are good to go. Use whenever your feet are tired.
Fennel, Ginger & Helichrysum Revitalising Foot Soak
10 drops of Fennel
10 drops of Helichrysum
10 drops of Ginger
30 ml Jojoba Oil
To Use
For best results, use before bed. Add the oils to a tub of medium hot water for your feet. Use the foot soak first and then rub the balm below into your feet, paying special attention to the soles. Put on a pair of warm and cosy cotton or cashmere soaks and wake up to beautifully soft feet!
Lawang Sore Muscle Spritz
(Strong Scent)
5 drops of Lawang
10 drops of Fennel
10 drops of Helichrysum
10 drops of Ginger
100 ml distilled water
To Use
Add all the ingredients in to a spray bottle – shake and you are good to go.
Bedtime Lavender and Coconut Soothing Foot Balm
10 drops of Lavender
10 drops of Spruce Hemlock
10 drops of Myrrh
For balm
3 tablespoons of Shea butter
1/3 inch of beeswax bar
1 ½ tablespoons of coconut
1 ½ tablespoons Arnica
Melt the beeswax first, add the shea butter to melt. Add the coconut oil and blend. Take off the heat. Add the arnica and essential oils.
